Risk Factors for Adolescent Drug and Alcohol Abuse Risk Factors for Adolescent Drug and Alcohol Abuse in Arkansas: 1999 is a compilation of six years of archival data for 42 indicators in 75 Arkansas counties.   These indicators are measures of risk factors that are based on the work of J. David Hawkins and Richard F. Catalano at  the University of Washington's Social Development Research Group  and have been found through  multiple longitudinal studies to be precursors of substance abuse.  Data are presented for the years 1990 and 1994 through 1998.
