WSEP addresses the educational needs of working adults through the following:

    Computer literacy

    Math for basic statistics and Statistical Process Control
    Spatial visualization skills
    Estimation skills
    Bar coding, scanning systems
  • Certification as an ACT WorkKeys Service Center
    WorkKeys is a system for documenting and improving workplace skills
    EEOC Compliant
    Key-Train CBI Software
  • Job profiling and assessments
    Worker-based task analysis using the WorkKeys job profiling system
    Administration, scoring, and reporting WorkKeys assessments
    Development of customized assessments
  • Providing bilingual instruction as needed
  • Technical Assistance

    WSEP can assist employers and workers by:

    • Designing and implementing workplace education programs
    • Developing workplace education materials and curriculum
    • Providing training, consultation, and program evaluation.
