Norm has a unique skill set that includes both Operations
Management and Human Resources Management. He has eighteen
years manufacturing operations experience in both a union
and non-union high rate production environments, responsible
for sub and final assembly, final vehicle assembly, explosive
assembly, CNC machining and automated coating processes. He
also has fifteen years experience in Human Resources management
responsible for Employment, Employee/Labor Relations, EEO/
AA, Compensation and Benefit administration, ES&H supporting
multiple site operations. Norm has been with Lockheed Martin
over twenty years serving in a number of responsible positions
to include Director, Human Resources, Director, Operations,
Deputy General Manager and General Manager.
