Dwayne is responsible for 4,600 employees, which services
approximately 19,000 customers. The Mid South District covers
the state of Arkansas, Memphis and surrounding areas of west
Tennessee, and the northwest portion of Mississippi.
Dwayne began his career as a part-time sorter with UPS in
1982 in Edison, NJ. In 1985, Dwayne became a full-time package
car delivery driver. Dwayne was promoted to full-time management
where he spent 13 years in New Jersey managing and coordinating
various operational assignments.
In 2001, Dwayne accepted a position in Seattle, Washington,
where he oversaw the daily operations while managing cost.
In 2002, Dwayne was assigned as a facilitator for our Corporate
training schools in Neuss, Germany. In 2003, Dwayne accepted
a promotion in Little Rock AR as Vice President, Mid South
District.
Dwayne graduated in 1983 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business
and Communication from Rutgers University in Edison, NJ.
In addition to his current assignment, Dwayne serves on the
Pulaski County United Way Board of Directors, Memphis Urban
League Board of Directors, and also serves as a member of the
Board of Trustees for Arkansas Independent Colleges and Universities.
