In response to several Supreme Court decisions that limited the coverage of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Congress recently amended the Act to restore a broad definition of a person with a disability.  Many more employees and job applicants will now be covered.  Learn the fundamentals of Title 1 of the ADA Amendments Act, which deals with the issues of employment.  Topics include:
